JIKONG JK-PB2A16S30P-V19 – 2A Active Balancing BMS for 8S-16S LiFePO4 with Dedicated LCD Display

The JIKONG JK-PB2A16S30P-V19 is a smart Battery Management System with active balancing (non-lossy balancing) technology, designed for 8S–16S LiFePO4, Li-ion, and LTO battery packs. It transfers energy from higher-voltage cells to lower-voltage cells, achieving voltage balance with minimal energy loss. It operates continuously during charging, discharging, or idle states until the voltage difference is within the set range.

Featuring 2A active balancing current and 300A continuous current, this BMS is ideal for high-power residential energy storage and inverter systems. Dedicated LCD displays are available in 3.2-inch, 4.3-inch, and 7.0-inch sizes for real-time monitoring of cell voltage, current, and temperature.

What is Active Balancing?

Active balancing transfers energy from cells with higher energy to those with lower energy, achieving voltage balance with minimal energy loss. It operates continuously regardless of charging, discharging, or idle states, until the voltage difference is within a set range. Since it involves energy transfer without heat generation, active balancing can use larger currents (commonly 1A–2A) without affecting cooling. It is more suitable for larger capacity battery packs due to longer balancing times and higher currents.
