Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window for most products, starting from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following requirements:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original retail packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
- Accompanied by a valid order confirmation or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for refund or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items that have been installed, modified, or physically damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accident
- Digital products, downloadable software, and gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to customer preference (size change, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For returns due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, damage upon arrival), we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return request, please contact our support team at official@jkvolt.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior confirmation from our support team.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@jkvolt.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect or damage.
