Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Chengdu, China.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email immediately after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders shipped to Australia under AUD $1,000 typically have no import duties.
- For all other regions, applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping charges.
