Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or US public holidays.
If we experience high order volume or inventory shortages, shipment may be delayed by an additional 1–3 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 states in the United States, Washington D.C., and most US territories. We also offer international shipping to select countries and regions.
- PO Box and APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS only.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and remote rural areas may incur additional shipping surcharges and extended delivery times, which will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking number to check delivery status on the carrier’s official website.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at official@jkvolt.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
- If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or resend the order at your preference.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs policies and cannot predict exact charges.
