JIKONG 8S/24S 300A Active Balancing BMS – 2A Balancer for LiFePO4 / Li-ion / LTO

The JIKONG 8S/24S series is a smart Battery Management System with active balancing (non-lossy balancing) technology, designed for 8S or 24S LiFePO4, Li-ion, and LTO battery packs. It transfers energy from higher-voltage cells to lower-voltage cells, achieving voltage balance with minimal energy loss. It operates continuously during charging, discharging, or idle states until the voltage difference is within the set range.

All models feature 2A active balancing and 300A continuous current. Optional functions include heating (H), CAN (C), and RS485 (R) on selected models.

Optional Universal Display Screens

Optional universal display screens are available in three sizes: 2.3-inch, 3.2-inch, and 4.3-inch. These screens can be combined as needed for real-time monitoring of cell voltage, current, and temperature at the battery pack.

USB-TTL communication cable is available separately for parameter configuration and firmware updates.

What is Active Balancing?

Active balancing transfers energy from cells with higher energy to those with lower energy, achieving voltage balance with minimal energy loss. It operates continuously regardless of charging, discharging, or idle states, until the voltage difference is within a set range. Since it involves energy transfer without heat generation, active balancing can use larger currents (commonly 0.4A–2A) without affecting cooling. It is more suitable for larger capacity battery packs due to longer balancing times and higher currents.
