JIKONG JK-B2A25SRP / JK-B2A32SRP Relay Version Active Balancing BMS – 2A Balancer for 8S-32S LiFePO4
The JIKONG JK-B2A25SRP and JK-B2A32SRP are smart Battery Management Systems with active balancing (non-lossy balancing) technology, designed for 8S–25S or 8S–32S LiFePO4, Li-ion, and LTO battery packs. They transfer energy from higher-voltage cells to lower-voltage cells, achieving voltage balance with minimal energy loss. They operate continuously during charging, discharging, or idle states until the voltage difference is within the set range.
These are relay version BMS units. They include a shunt and are designed to work with external relays. Customers must purchase relays separately based on their current requirements. The BMS should be used in conjunction with a relay (as noted in the specifications).

What is Active Balancing?
Active balancing transfers energy from cells with higher energy to those with lower energy, achieving voltage balance with minimal energy loss. It operates continuously regardless of charging, discharging, or idle states, until the voltage difference is within a set range. Since it involves energy transfer without heat generation, active balancing can use larger currents (commonly 2A here) without affecting cooling. It is more suitable for larger capacity battery packs due to longer balancing times and higher currents.

Due to the different voltage ranges supported.

For instructions on heating cables,the green 5PIN cable of the heating cable needs to be linked to the heating pad,and the rest of the black and red cables are linked to the smart charger(after the smart charger links the BMS,it detects the temperature of the battery through the BMS,which automatically monitors the charging status of the battery)
Description of heating function:
Battery temperature is below low temperature charge protection, turn off charging, turn on heating.
Cryogenic charge protection is a parameter that can be set within APP
The heating power depends on the battery voltage and the resistance value of the heating film.
