JK-BxA8S-20P is a high-current active balancing lithium battery protection board designed for 3-8S low-voltage high-capacity battery packs. It supports 1A/2A large current active equalization, up to 200A continuous charge and discharge, with full aluminum alloy housing for superior heat dissipation. High-Current Active Balancing
Adopts patented energy transfer active equalization technology with 1A / 2A optional balancing current. It transfers energy between high and low voltage cells continuously during charge, discharge and idle status, greatly improving battery consistency and extending cycle life for large capacity packs.
Aluminum Alloy Housing & Full Protection
One-piece molded aluminum alloy shell with graphite thermal conductive layer, excellent heat dissipation for 200A high current operation. Standard equipped with overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit, over-temperature and low-temperature protection, with automatic recovery design.

5. Interface & Wiring Introduction
The board integrates balance sampling, communication, temperature detection, display, heating, parallel and ACC interfaces. All balance wires must be connected strictly in sequence from B1 to B8 before power on to avoid hardware damage. The main power terminals P- and B- are equipped with M6 screws for high current connection.
6. Mobile APP Operation Guide
- Scan the QR code on the BMS board to download JIKONG SMART BMS APP (Android 7.0+ / iOS / HarmonyOS supported)
- Confirm all wiring is correct, then activate the board via charger, external button or display screen
- Enable phone Bluetooth, search and connect to the JK-BxA8S-20P device
- Set battery type (Li-ion / LiFePO4 / LTO), cell count, capacity and protection threshold parameters
- Control active balancing, heating, alarm and emergency switch on the BMS control page
- Monitor real-time cell voltage, total voltage, current, temperature, SOC and operation logs

8. Installation & Safety Notes
- Connect balance wires in strict order B1 to B8 before power on; wrong wiring will permanently damage the board
- P- (load/charger negative) and B- (battery total negative) must never be reversed
- For heating function installation, add a 45~65℃ normally closed thermal switch as secondary protection
- Do not exceed 200A continuous discharge current for long-term load operation
- When paralleling multiple battery packs, use official parallel module and disable charge current limit in APP
- Enable intelligent sleep mode for long-term storage to reduce self-discharge
- ACC detection function supports 20-100V signal or direct short circuit to enable discharge
