2. Product Overview
2.1 BMS Introduction
This intelligent lithium battery management system is specially designed for large-capacity series lithium battery packs, compatible with LiFePO4, Ternary Lithium, Lithium Titanate cells.
Core advantage: Self-developed energy transfer active balancing technology with max 0.6A continuous balancing current, greatly improves cell consistency, extends battery cycle life and driving range.
Support iOS & Android Jikong BMS Bluetooth APP for real-time monitoring, parameter modification, manual charge/discharge control. Widely used for RV, energy storage, solar power, sightseeing vehicles, backup power systems.

Suffix explanation:
- -10P: Max continuous 100A charge & discharge
- -12P: Max continuous 120A charge & discharge

Letter suffix extra function: C=CAN, R=RS485, H=Heating, CR=CAN+RS485+Heating
Cell support: JK-BD6A20S = 7~20S; JK-BD6A24S = 21~24S; JK-BD6A20S-20P supports 14~20S LTO batteries

Important Wiring Notice
- Connect full balance sampling wire before power on, wrong wiring will burn MOS tube
- B- and P- cannot be reversed
- 7~20S battery packs leave empty sampling pins unused
- 21~24S full string need all B1-B24 wires fully connected
6. Core Function Operation Guide
6.1 Active Balancing
Energy transfer balance transfers power from high voltage cells to low voltage cells automatically. Set battery type, capacity, balance gap inside Jikong APP. Default 0.6A balance current, recommend ≤0.2C of battery capacity.
6.2 Optional Functional Modules
- Heating Function: 10A heating current, prevent low-temperature charging failure, match 45~65℃ thermal fuse for safety.
- ACC Detection: Two trigger modes (12~70V input / short ACC+ACC-); C_Detect pin for charger wake-up.
- Parallel Function: Work with parallel module, turn off charge limit inside APP to enable multi-pack parallel energy storage.
- Emergency Mode: 30 minutes continuous charge/discharge output after activation for roadside emergency use.
- Intelligent Sleep: Auto sleep if current <1A for 26h, wake by charger / physical button.
6.3 Full Protection Logic
All protections auto cut off charge/discharge and auto recover after temperature/voltage back to safe range, including overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit, high & low temperature protection.

7.2 Three Activation Ways for BMS
- Charger activation: Charge voltage 2V higher than battery pack

1. Bluetooth connect BMS → enter Parameter page 2. Select battery type (LFP / NCM / LTO) 3. Set cell count, capacity, all protection voltage/current thresholds 4. Save settings, parameters take effect instantly
