• Technical Note: For BMS modules, the warranty is void if the product shows signs of improper installation, short-circuiting, or soldering.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective upon arrival.
• Returns & Cancellation Policy for EU Customers 1. Standard Products: You have 30 calendar days after receiving your parcel to apply for return. The cooling-off period starts on the delivery date. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. No restocking fee will be charged. 2. Clearance / Final Sale Items: No return, exchange or cancellation requests are accepted for clearance products, clearly marked on each product page. 3. Unshipped Orders: You may cancel your order at any time before the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, with full refund guaranteed. 4. EU Consumer Rights Notice: This policy exceeds the mandatory 14-day cooling-off period required by EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
