1. Reason for Product Upgrade
We have completed a full iteration upgrade for the JK-PB2A16S parallel current-limiting BMS series, upgrading the original V19 hardware & firmware version to the new optimized V24 version. The core hardware adjustment optimizes power terminal layout for higher current carrying capacity and safer assembly.
2. Core Hardware Modification: Power Terminal Spacing Adjustment
The key physical change is the spacing of high-current power terminals on the PCB board:
- Old Version (V19): Terminal center distance = 20.70 mm
- New Version (V24): Terminal center distance = 37.68 mm
Wider terminal spacing reduces heat accumulation under high continuous current, improves heat dissipation performance, and short-circuit risk during battery pack assembly.

Please pay close attention to assembly matching before purchasing new batches!
- 1. Function & Performance Improvement: All protection, balancing, parallel current-limiting functions remain fully compliant with original specs; overall stability and heat resistance are upgraded after V24 iteration.
- 2. Assembly Compatibility Risk: Due to widened power terminal spacing, your existing copper busbars designed for the old 20.7mm pitch cannot directly fit the new V24 boards. You need to reconfirm or remake copper terminals to match the 37.68mm new spacing.
- 3. Other Interfaces Unchanged: Communication ports (UART, Bluetooth, CAN), sampling wire pinout, mounting hole positions, and overall PCB outer size (300mm × 100mm) stay identical, no extra modification for housing or sampling harnesses.
